Parents, we are using a group app called BAND as our main form of communication. The majority of all communications will take place through BAND (important announcements, reminders, etc.). Please sign up and join our group as soon as possible so we can communicate with you!

Program Policy:

Please be aware there are important policies (bolded) continuing for the 2022-2023 season. These policies include a membership fee of $160 ($80 in the fall and $80 in the spring), 5 hours of MANDATORY Outreach ​each semester as well as attending ALL events/competitions. Each member must also obtain $50 in sponsorships/donations.

Mentoring our Students:
We love our parents to be involved! One of the best ways to be a part of our program is to VOLUNTEER! In order for you to work with our students, you must complete the SCPS Dividend Application. This MUST be done every school year.
​Drivers:
Drivers are always needed for help with transportation to and from events! If you are interested and have a vehicle that can transport multiple people, please consider applying.
​          The cost is $10 for each driver and Hagerty Robotics pays the fee. This MUST be done every school year. 
​          YOU MUST BE AN APPROVED SCPS DIVIDEND TO BE APPROVED AS A DRIVER!
FIRST Volunteering:
FIRST requires all adult volunteers to register in their system for a background check before volunteering at any event. This is also where parents will register their students for the teams.  Please read the page.  The process of linking your account to your student's account can be confusing if you do not follow the specific process outlined here.

Scholarship Opportunities:
