HHS Robotics Leadership
Zach Irving joined robotics in his freshman year in order to expand his knowledge of engineering and software. Since then he has learned many valuable skills in engineering, and has become efficient at robotic construction. He has also learned the basics of software, and has gained many friends, and team skills. His favorite part of the FTC competition is the ability to see all of the creative solutions the teams come up with to respond to the challenges. Outside FTC his hobbies and activities include reading, teaching himself subjects not taught in school, and being a part of the Academic Team.
Jacob Steinebronn is a junior at Hagerty high school. He joined robotics club as a freshman because he has a passion for technology and he wanted to know more about the design process and building process of robots. He has learned so far that there are a lot of different applications and software that can be used to program robots, both hardware and software to solve a problem. His favorite software that he has used so far is Java because of its complexity. His hobbies are playing games, and coding.
Nicholas Injo joined robotics because he was interested in the capabilities of robots and interested in engineering. This is his third year in the robotics club at Hagerty. Outside of robotics, he enjoy practicing and playing tennis, as he is on the school varsity team. Something interesting about him is that he is half Hispanic and Asian, and gets to experiences the best of both cultures. Nicholas would like to major in a field of engineering because he feels that it fits his personality, and interests, although he does not know what field of engineering to pursue.

Edgar Madruga is a senior and second year member of hagerty robotics. He joined hagerty robotics to develop his programming skills, but ended up learning creo and working on hardware instead. He enjoys hanging out with his robotics friends and making bad references to popular culture. This year, he hopes to improve his creo abilities and make more complex mechanisms for the robot while keeping the team organized as this season’s team captain. His goal for the team this year is to push the team to the south super regional, as the team has never advanced that far in its history. Go 4227!

4227 Programming Leader
Neel Maity is a sophomore here at Hagerty High. This his second year on the Hagerty Robotics team. He joined the robotics team because he thoroughly enjoys science, technology, math, and engineering or STEM. He also is highly considering engineering as his future career so and he is sure that this club will teach him more skills and information that engineers need to know. He also find robotics very interesting and would love to learn more, and what way could be better than helping to build one. His favorite food is sushi and his favorite hobby is 3D modeling, He’s looking forward to learning more and helping out his team as much as he can.
4717 Programming Leader
Ryan Nelson is a junior who joined the HHS robotics club because he loves technology and has been in FIRST robotics clubs for the past 5 years. While in robotics, Ryan learned how to build and program NXT and EV3 robots. Ryan’s favorite thing to do is to code things, from Minecraft mods to Arduino kits to Autodesk products. His main hobby, other than programming things, is reading.
Nancy Chen is a junior at Hagerty High School. The reason Nancy joined Robotics is because she heard of all the cool conventions the Hagerty High School Robotics club goes to during the year. Also she was interested in building a robot to fit the game's challenge. Nancy learned from Robotics how to do simple programming and CAD. Nancy likes watching anime, sleeping, and blankets.
Jolie Miller is a freshman at Hagerty High School. This is her fourth year in FTC and her first on Hagerty Robotics. She joined Hagerty Robotics because she enjoys the FIRST atmosphere and has met some of her best friends through robotics. She loves animals and her hobbies include reading, writing, creating, volunteering, baking, cuddling her guinea pigs, and of course, FTC. Jolie has an amazing chocolate chip cookie recipe memorized and you will frequently find her baking anything she has the ingredients for. She doesn’t know exactly what she wants to do when she gets older, but hopes to start a small animal rescue someday.
4227 Notebook Leader
Aashni Patel is a sophomore at Hagerty High school. She joined the team this year. She joined because she wanted to learn how to program and build robots. She hopes to attend MIT or Georgia Tech and become a physicist in the future. She is on the notebook committee for her team, and is usingto use LaTeX to help create the notebook for her team.
4717 Notebook Leader
Austin English is a sophomore, and this is his second year of robotics. He joined robotics again because he enjoys building and notebook and had a good experience with his first year of FTC. Previously, he helped design parts of the robot such as a shooter and the drivetrain, and helped with whatever small task was needed. He also likes building the robot itself and likes seeing the finished robot get the job done. Austin was a leader of an FLL team he was in during middle school. He enjoys aeronautics as well as hands-on projects, and also likes to work with computers. He is looking forward to building the robot and helping out the team as much as he can.
